Sending Student Placement Assessments (SPAs)

Before sending out the Student Placement Assessment (SPA), it's important to ensure all students in grades 9–11 have an SPA associated with their name. Use this linked report to verify this. If a student was added late or lacks an employment record in WSF, they may not have an SPA on file. If you notice any students missing, please contact salesforcehelp@cristoreynetwork.org for assistance. Once you're comfortable with all SPAs accounted for, follow the steps below to send them out through Salesforce.


1.) From your screen, navigate to Student Placement Assessments in your Salesforce toolbar.



2.) In your list view, select from your class years to bring up SPAs for that grade of students:



3.) The default view limits rows to 50 records upon refresh. Continue scrolling to the bottom of the list to load all records until all items are selected:

                       



4.) In the Assessment Status column, select any rows pencil icon to edit from Pending to Sent

                                      ↓


5.) When prompted, tick the box to update all items to Sent for your grade



6.) At the bottom of your screen click Save. This will trigger a flow in Salesforce to send all SPAs to student emails! 



7.) Students will receive the following email within seconds:
