Access the Student’s Contact Page
Search for the student using the global search bar at the top of Salesforce.
Or, navigate through a relevant list view from the Contact tab (e.g., “12th Graders”) and select the student's name.
As long is a student is not currently enrolled in college, Matriculation Steps should appear first on their page.

This information must be accurate, as it is sent to the National Student Clearinghouse for enrollment matching.

Verify the student’s college contact information for post-graduation communication.
Review demographic data, which is used for statistical purposes.

These steps are highlighted in yellow and are required for a student to be considered 100% complete:

Edit Matriculation Steps
Click the “Edit” button in the matriculation steps section.

Click “Save” at the bottom of the section once your edits are complete.
