Though rare, it may sometimes be necessary to exclude an alum experience from a student's history if it contains incorrect information.

Navigate to the Student's Contact Record
Go to the Contact tab in Salesforce or search for and open the alum’s contact page (e.g., Ulrich Kosta).
Access Alum Experiences
Open the alum experiences tab on the contact page
Locate the incorrect university experience record
Select the Incorrect Alum Experience and Click Exclude Alum Experience
Click on the alum experience record you want to exclude.
At the top of the record, click the "Exclude Alum Experience" quick action button.
Confirm and Provide Reason
In the pop-up, select "Yes" to confirm exclusion.
Enter a reason in the comment field (e.g., "Student did not attend this college; incorrect NSC record.").
Once these steps are complete, the alum experience will not be included in a student's enrollment history, any reporting, or total enrollment numbers for a college or university.
