The cross-sell database is a tool that the national office has published for several years. Its purpose is to provide transparency across schools so that colleagues in one city can leverage the experience and connections of colleagues in another city for recruiting large, national corporations as corporate clients. One might use the database to identify prospects -- which of the top national employers do we not yet have a partnership with that have a presence in my city? -- or to strengthen recruiting -- who else partners with this major corporation and might be able to help me make a connection?
