Creating a Risk Assessment

Follow these steps to create a risk assessment for a student.

  1. Navigate to the Risk section of a student's record page, click the down arrow, and select New.
  1. Complete the basic information in the first section - verify the name, enter today's date, and find the college/university in the search field under Institution's Name.
  1. In the creation phase of a risk assessment, you only need to fill out the first field in each key risk section: Academic Risk, Financial Risk, and Social/Emotional Risk. Select "On Track" or "At Risk" for each category, depending on the student's unique situation. You will fill out the detail fields after saving.

  1. Click Save.
  2. In the next screen, you will see a detailed, step-by-step process for evaluating the student's risk.
