Creating a Risk Assessment
Follow these steps to create a risk assessment for a student.
- Navigate to the Risk section of a student's record page, click the down arrow, and select New.
- Complete the basic information in the first section - verify the name, enter today's date, and find the college/university in the search field under Institution's Name.
- In the creation phase of a risk assessment, you only need to fill out the first field in each key risk section: Academic Risk, Financial Risk, and Social/Emotional Risk. Select "On Track" or "At Risk" for each category, depending on the student's unique situation. You will fill out the detail fields after saving.
- Click Save.
- In the next screen, you will see a detailed, step-by-step process for evaluating the student's risk.
